Mural Painting Process |

The mural process is a co-creative adventure and I truly love to create with you. We can co-create as little or as much as you want. I am always open to suggestions and ideas as the painting evolves. It is a growth for both the client and me-we expand each others imagination! The mural can be a simple vine to a whole “experience” when you walk into a room and anywhere in between.
Each mural is unique and therefore priced individually.
When you are ready to begin your project contact me and we will set up an appointment to meet in the space that you want painted. We can talk about your ideas, however detailed or vague, and then I can give you an estimate. I have a portfolio that is available in the gallery of this website. I will bring additional photos if I think they will inspire your mural. This is free of charge.
I can not give estimates over the phone-I do need to see the space.
If you are out of state and you can give me measurements and photos of the space we can come up with an estimate via long distance. These are special circumstances.
I will be able to tell you the approximate cost, time frame for the finished mural and some ideas if yours are vague. Any ideas I give you must not be utilized by another artist unless you want a commissioned design by me that another is going to paint.
Payment: I require half of the payment at the time of the commission and the balance at the completion of the mural. Payments can be made with check, cash, and pay pal, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
Once we have our plan I will create a rendering and then we can move forward to the actual painting process. I use acrylic paints that are enduring, no odor and easy to clean up and take care of. I will need the room painted in the overall color you want it to be. This may already exist or we can choose the appropriate color(s) together.
Now the painting can begin….
